Can I have multiple electricity meters registered to my account?Yes, you can register multiple meters on your account.
- Select the "My service details" option from the left hand side menu.
- Under the prepaid electricity service details click the "Add Another Meter" button.
- Enter the required information.
- Select the "Verify" link.
This will return the registered owner and address of the meter. If these details are for the correct meter that you would like to register please select "yes".
If it is not the meter you wish to register please select no and re-enter the correct meter number. This is just to confirm that your purchases are for the correct meter number.
Then select the "Apply Changes" button.
Please note that your token will automatically be sent to your first activated cell phone number. If however you have specified a particular number for a meter accepting SMS requests then the number that you specified will be the one that is used.
